Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Print Order
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective print, we will replace it at no cost to you. To receive a replacement, please provide us with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and your order number.
Cancellation of Print Order
If you need to cancel your print order, please contact us with 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
Please note: Where possible we strive to ship print orders withing 24 hours of receipt of the order
All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment with 2 working days of receiving your request for a refund.
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds on successful digital downloads. If you have any issues with your digital download, please contact us with 2 working days and we will resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue we will refund your payment
