Accessing Your Photos
I’ve lost my event code or password — what should I do?
Please contact us at info@jtppics.com.au with the event name and participant’s name, and we’ll assist you promptly. Please also check your spam in the event the details are lost there.
How long after the event will my photos be available online?
Images are typically uploaded within 1–2 weeks following the event.
Can schools use the images for yearbooks or newsletters?
Yes. After the event, schools and organisations are provided with access to a dedicated gallery for approved school use.
Instructions are emailed directly — please contact us if you require further assistance.
Can I purchase photos from a previous year?
Yes. We retain image archives for up to five years.
To request access to a previous gallery, please complete this form.
Please note that an archival retrieval fee applies to galleries older than five years.
Shipping & Handling
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within two weeks of being placed and delivered via Australia Post.
What are your shipping costs?
Prints sized 5×7.5” and 8×12” incur a $10 shipping & handling fee, and anything larger will have an additional $5 surcharge.
Shipping of Framed items is $45.
How are print orders packaged?
Standard prints are protected with hard cardboard and plastic sleeves. Large prints are packed flat in boxes or rolled in cardboard tubes.
While we do our best to prevent damage, postal services are beyond our control.

Can I collect my order from the studio?
Yes. Please finalise your order using the “No Credit or Debit Card” option and contact the studio to arrange a collection time and finalise payment.
As our team is frequently onsite and offsite, appointments are required for all collections.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments for online orders.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Please note that refunds are not available for digital products.

Do your photographers hold Working With Children Checks?
Yes. All photographers engaged by John Travers Photography hold a current Working With Children Check.
